On Monday CBSE announced results of Class 12 board exams, with the overall pass percentage being 87.98%. Actually Trivandrum has the highest pass percentage of 99.91% in the CBSE Class 12 exams. In fact Trivandrum is followed by Vijaywada (99.04%), Chennai (98.47%) and Bengaluru (96.95%).Actually Prayagraj has the lowest pass percentage (78.25%), while Noida came second-last with 80.27% pass percentage. This is actually good that CBSE is announcing result having good pass percentage.

Actually result of Class 12 exams is very important and students actually study very hard to get good result in it. In fact today students are very serious about their career and want to become successful person by studying hard. Actually if you see the education we get in school is crucial as from it we can make our future bright. In reality CBSE Class 12 pass percentage of every region is quite good and students should maintain this performance so that they have bright future.

The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) has recently celebrated Golden jubilee where Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu too attended the event.

During his speech, the education minister has informed about the plans to remove vocational courses from higher education syllabus and integrate the vocational branch into Arts, Science, and Commerce streams.

He said, “The vocational courses will be soon integrated with the Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Each student will be given skill training. When knowledge and skills are imparted together, it results in a holistic form of education, preparing students for real-world challenges.”

Further he added saying, “We will also search for teachers who possess the expertise in both domains to effectively impart dual forms of education. If education focuses on many subjects, teachers imparting education must also several many qualities.”

On Monday The Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) released results for ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 examinations. Candidates can check their results on the councils’s websites, cisce.org and results.cisce.org, using unique ID, index number and the captcha code displayed on the login page. In fact the scores will also be shared via DigiLocker. This is actually good news that exams are conducted properly and students are working very hard to get good result.

Actually education is foundation of our society and people actually take it seriously so that they get a good environment. For this reason student actually take their studies very seriously and want to become a successful person. Actually results of Class 10 and Class 12 are very important for everyone and it shows how much they are determined about their education and life. In reality all students who got result today should take it positively and learn from it so that they get a good life.

UGC NET 2024: National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the UGC NET June exam 2024 in pen and paper mode (OMR). All 83 subjects of UGC NET will be conducted in OMR sheets.

Earlier, the UGC NET pen-paper mode exam was discontinued in 2019, When the authority to conduct the examination was changed from CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) to NTA (National Testing Agency).

UGC NET Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be conducted for 3 hours duration and no break will be given between the two papers.

From now students with four year undergraduate degrees can now directly appear for National Eligibility Test (NET) and pursue a PhD, according to UGC Chairman Jagadesh Kumar. Actually to pursue a PhD with or without a Junior Research Fellowship, the candidate will require minimum 75% marks in their course. So far, a candidate for NET actually needed a master’s degree with a minimum 55% marks. This is actually good news as more candidate now will be eligible to appear UGC NET and peruse PhD.

Today students are very serious about their studies and want to do higher studies so that they get a better future. For this reason student should be encouraged to study further and make their life better. Actually UGC NET is very difficult exam and student need to study very hard to pass it. Actually it will be better if you start preparation early and go for your desire score. In reality this step will raise more interest among student to pursue PhD and prepare in their way for the UGC NET.

The Assam Government has recently spoke on plans to transit contractual teachers into permanent status within the recruited schools. According to the reports, about 4,500 contractual teachers are working in various high schools and have the same pay scale as regular employees.

The Director of Secondary Education in Assam, Mamata Hojai said, “The contractual teachers who have been working in schools were given the benefits of permanent teachers. They can continue their jobs till they are 60 years of age along with other benefits like a regular teacher of the high school. The state government provided these facilities around three and half years ago.”

He continued saying, “After all these benefits already provided to those teachers, why should the government take additional steps of giving them regular appointments?”

Additionally, education departments officials of Assam have no plans to transit the recruited contractual teachers into permanent.

In fact the exam for Physical Education has been postponed, officials said. Right now the board will investigate the circumstances that led to such a mistake, they added. The Assam Government and Tata is going to collaborate to set up a Skill Development Centre within the premises of the semiconductor facility for youths in Assam.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said, “Today during my deliberations with the Tata leadership we agreed to create a Skill Development Centre that will be co-located within the premises of the semiconductor facility in Jagiroad.”

According to the sources, the Centre is emphasized to offer courses in Artificial Intelligence, semiconductors and electronics and help them in securing jobs.

A panel discussion on synergising sports and education was held at the PD Hall, Gauhati University on the sidelines of the 4th Khelo India University Games, Ashtalakshmi, with a focus on creating awareness among universities in Assam to make the most of government initiatives to promote sports and sportspersons. The discussion was moderated by Mr Kausar J Hilaly, Secretary, Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam, and was joined by a team of eminent panelists that included Mr Alok Tripathi, Joint Secretary, Kreeda Bharati Assam, sports journalists Mr Subodh Malla Barua and Ms Prarthana Hazarika, Ms Shubhangini Singh Verma, Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering, IIT Guwahati and Mr Aviti Katare, Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Guwahati.

Students from various universities, including Cotton University, Gauhati University and a few other reputed institutions from across the state attended the discussion, which mainly centred around how the universities in the state can benefit from the various initiatives taken by the state government, and make full use of the opportunities in the field of sports.

During the panel discussion, the panelists highlighted the areas needed to be worked on in the coming days to synergise education with sports.As far as the 4th edition of the Khelo India University Games, Ashtalakshmi is concerned, the Dibrugarh University with a contingent of six members, is the sole representation from the home state.The Manipur University, with 19 members, has witnessed the biggest participation from the NorthEast region.
