Missing Texas Boy Feared Dead, Police in US Seek Extradition of Parents from India

According to a top police official, a 6-year-old Texas kid who has been missing since his parents fled to India from the US and are being held on felony charges of abandoning and endangering their child is likely dead.
The last time anyone saw Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, a person with exceptional needs, was in November, not long after his twin sisters were born in October.
The hunt for the missing youngster is now being treated as a death investigation, according to Everman Police Chief Craig Spencer, and efforts are being made to find and recover his corpse.
