The CM said the Congress and the Opposition alliance should not only focus on Hindu caste, but also require similar census for the Muslims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at an event, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said, \u201cHindus are our brothers, but Muslims are elder brothers. It is crucial for them to be strong.
