High Commissioner of India Ajay Bisaria reported that 5 Indian students were killed in a road accident in Canada in a heartbreaking tragedy. He also reported that the two others were injured and hospitalized.
The accident occurred on 12th March on the Ontario highway. The other two injured students were rushed to the hospital. Ajay Bisaria expressed his deepest condolences on twitter to the families of the victims.

The deceased students were identified as Karanpal Singh, Jaspinder Singh, Harpreet Singh, Pawan Kumar and Mohit Chouhan according to the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
In a passenger van on Highway 401 they were traveling west. That time they collided with a tractor-trailer.
The investigation is still ongoing. No charges regarding this accident have been laid yet.
