A leopard was seen in Assam attacked 13 people

On Monday, a leopard was found moving freely around the campus of Rain Forest Research Institute (RFRI) in Jorhat, Assam.

Many Videos and pictures are shared on social media of the leopard.

According to the sources, the leopard injured 13 people including three forest personnel and 10 residents of Chenijan area.

Residents informed the forest official. Forest personnel made several attempts to tranquilise the leopard but the big cat is still at large and efforts are underway to track the animal.

The injured people were admitted to the hospital and they are stable.
