Tariq
John will also be seen in a film titled ‘Tariq’ released on Independence Day of 2023. Announcing the film earlier this year, John wrote, “‘Tariq’ is our next creative collaboration with Bake My Cake Films after Tehran and Batla House. Time to celebrate the freedom of good stories.”
Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake
John also bought the rights to the Malayalam film ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’. It is heard that John will be seen with Arjun Kapoor in the film. However, the official announcement in this regard is pending.
Tehran
Starring John and Manushi Chillar, the film is directed by Arun Gopalan. The movie is said to be a geopolitical thriller based on the events of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
