A poetry book “Oklanto Arundhutir Yatra Jeebon” written by Debajani Krishna is launched today on 15th October, 2022 at Guwahati Press Club. Many eminent personalities were present during the launch of the book. Prominent poet Nilim Bora, Assistant Editor of Prag News Mr. Debojit Bhuyan, Writer and Director Runa Laila and social worker Purnima Boniai were some of the names.
Debajani Krishna was seen to be very emotional during the launch as it is her first book to be launched. Speaking about it, Krishna said that she has a very keen interest in writing since her childhood and she continued her passion after her marriage too. Now, after relentless efforts, this book release truly delivered to her expectations and hard work.
Eminent poet Nilim Bora who was present during the launch advised everyone to start reading and writing poems, articles etc. He told that in today’s world where everyone seems to be addicted to mobile phones and waste lot of time, the habit of book reading or writing a poem or using a person’s creativity seems to be diminishing. If this trend continues then it will be a major threat for all the human beings as poems, articles, books will all be extinct soon.
