Actor Anil Kapoor remembers Rakesh Jhunjhunwalla, how he cared for Sonam Kapoor and Rhea

Actor Anil Kapoor took to his Twitter cope with and mourned the loss of life of his buddy Rakesh Jhunjhunwalla. The veteran investor who has produced motion pictures like English Vinglish, Ki and Ka and Shamitabh, died on Sunday morning. He was 62.

Anil shared a photo on recalling memories with Rakes from his interaction with PM Narendra Modi. He wrote, “Rakesh Jhunjhunwalla used to be a expensive friend, always been a properly wisher of my family…specially my daughters Sonam and Rhea .. a visionary and a genuine Indian patriot .. loved movies and track .. we will leave out him dearly.”

Rakesh who was once known as ‘Warren Buffet of the Indian market’ was reportedly sick for pretty some time. During his last look at a launch event, he was once viewed in a wheelchair. Meanwhile, the cause of his dying remains unknown.

PM Narendra Modi tweeted, “Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was indomitable. Full of life, witty and insightful, he leaves at the back of an indelible contribution to the economic world. He was also very passionate about India’s progress.His passing awayis saddening. My condolences to his household and admirers. Om Shanti.”

Finance minister Nirmala Sitharman tweeted, “Investor, daring threat taker, masterly perception of the stock market, clear in communication- a chief in his personal right. Fondly be mindful quite a few conversations we’ve had. Had strong faith in India’s electricity and capabilities. Condolences.”

Apart from Anil, filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri also paid tribute to Rakesh in his tweet. Calling it ‘India’s great loss’, he said, “OMG. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala ji was such a passionate patriot, a financial genius with a great sense of humor and a great worldview. A visionary, a great man and a friend.”
