Akasa Air elevates in-flight dining with refreshed Café Akasa menu for global travellers

Akasa Air, India’s fastest-growing airline, has unveiled a refreshed in-flight menu for Café Akasa, marking its third revamp in three years. The new menu introduces 45 curated meal options, blending global flavours, health-forward choices, and innovative offerings aimed at today’s modern traveller. Highlights include Chicken Schnitzel with Garlic Spinach, Tofu Kari Pan with Edamame, Thai Spice Salad, and industry-first additions like a Ready-to-Eat Cereal Bowl and protein-boosting Combo Pack with shake and bar.

The airline continues its focus on inclusivity and wellness, offering special Jain meals, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and children-friendly dishes. Festive and regional specialties, such as meals for Diwali, Christmas, and Makar Sankranti, remain a key feature, alongside pre-selection cakes for in-flight celebrations. Sustainability efforts extend to 100% recyclable packaging and biodegradable cutlery.

In Kolkata, the refreshed Café Akasa menu has been well-received among the city’s flyers, who value both global fusion flavours and health-conscious options. Travel agencies and corporate customers in Kolkata report strong demand for pre-booked meals, reflecting the city’s preference for convenience, quality, and innovative culinary experiences in the air. The enhanced menu is available across Akasa Air’s network and can be pre-booked via the airline’s website, app, or leading travel agents, reinforcing Akasa’s commitment to delivering a premium in-flight dining experience.
