This service leverages Amazon’s global presence, advanced fulfillment centers, and logistics capabilities to handle orders from various sales channels, including their own websites. MCF democratizes customer order fulfilment and expands sellers’ market reach in India, leveraging Amazon’s coverage of 100% of India’s serviceable pin codes, thereby opening up new business opportunities.
Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) simplifies the order fulfilment process for sellers by automating off-Amazon orders, tracking them, and generating tax invoices. This streamlines operations, enhances customer experience, and increases sales. MCF offers a flexible, affordable, and scalable storage and fulfilment solution, including inbound transportation, labelling, storage, order management, pick-pack, and shipping services.
Key benefits include expanded customer reach, improved order fulfilment, reduced operational complexity, cost and time savings, inventory management, faster shipping, automated order processing, and flexibility. MCF is available at an introductory price of INR 59 per order.
