An incident of theft happened in a vacant residence in Siliguri

Siliguri, 30th November: An incident of theft surfaced from the Suryasen Colony More Bazaar area of Siliguri where miscreants took advantage of a vacant house and robbed worth lakhs. As per reports two sister residents of the said area saved about Rs.1.5 lakh in cash along with jewelry by working in a shop. On Wednesday night they went to their maternal uncle’s residence. The following morning they discovered the theft after returning home. The incident left the sisters distraught. In this matter the victims stated that they saved money, made jewelry for marriage by working and had not anticipated such an incident. After this a written complaint was filed at the New Jalpaiguri (NJP) police station. Presently the police are busy in further investigation.

Actually this incident is very sad as innocent people are getting affected by it and people need to be very strict so those in futures people feel save. The police should take strict action against this type of crimes as it is very bad and anything can happen in this type of crime. People should be aware of this incident and take it strictly so that in future this crime gets stopped.
