Arunachal Orders Comprehensive Probe into East Kameng Frontier Highway Issues

Arunachal Pradesh’s government has initiated a multi-level investigation into the Frontier Highway project in East Kameng district. Chief Minister Pema Khandu announced that a one-man committee’s report is being reviewed and the Anti-Corruption Department is conducting an independent investigation into alleged irregularities. The state has formed four additional committees to reassess project aspects, ensuring accountability and transparency. Khandu emphasized that anyone found guilty will face legal consequences to maintain integrity in infrastructure projects.
