Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced recruiting 12,000 youths in Assam for various posts in government departments.
Sarma shared the information through ‘X’ saying that, “As per my previous announcement, the Government of Assam has today advertised 12,600 vacancies for Grade III and IV positions. Additionally, we have also advertised over 5,000 vacancies in the police department this month.”
Earlier, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma during a poll campaign in Assam promised to give 1lakh youths job s for government services within the state, Assam.
According to reports, more than 90,000 youths in Assam are already recruited for government posts in various department.
