Few days ago BJP leader Indrani Tahbildar committed suicide and along with it intimacy pictures of the leader with another BJP Leader was also circulated over the internet.
According to the sources, the Indrani committed suicide by taking over sleeping dose after the pictures of intimacy went viral. In connection with the case after Police investigation taken place prompted arrested of two individuals and one expel from the party.
Mira Barthakur, President of Assam Mahila Congress, highlighted concerns over police mishandling investigations in the cases. The party demands thorough probe of the investigation.
Also along with it, the Congress party alleges the party over cash-for-job nexus within the BJP. Recently, Congress leaders met Governor Gulab Chand Kataria to seek severe punishment for those involved in both the scandal and the suicide.
