Gun fight with the police forces in Assam’s Karbi Anglong district killed two militants of United People’s Revolutionary Front (UPRF) on Sunday. The gun fight took place at Jolen village in Singhasan Hill under Manja police station in the hill district.

Assam’s DGP further said the UPRF militants are actively working under the tutelage of poaching and drug cartels of Churachandpur in Manipur.
