Leading barbecue restaurant chain Absolute Barbecues (AB’s) in Guwahati has kicked off its Assamese Food Festival – featuring an exotic spread of Assamese special delicacies from March 23rd and running till April 3rd. The popular Assamese actress Amrita Gogoi will be visiting the festival on March 25th at 12:30 pm to grace her presence and indulge in the delicious goodness of the Assamese delicacies.
The festival is designed to provide food connoisseurs with an ideal opportunity to indulge in authentic flavours from Assam. It has also recently launched its full-stock bar where foodies can enjoy their first drinks for free. The menu will feature dishes like Khar, Masor Tenga, Haah Johakumura, Chicken curry, Mutton curry with potato, Patotdiyamaas, Pitika, Anja, Doichira, Khulasaporipitha, Gurerpayesh, Narkelerladoo etc.
