Atharva Foundation donates ambulance and laptops for Arunachal Pradesh heroes

Atharva Foundation, Mumbai has stepped forward to support the welfare of ex-servicemen, armed forces personnel and the families of martyred soldiers in Arunachal Pradesh. The foundation, known for its commitment to social causes, donated an ambulance to enhance healthcare access and emergency services for these brave individuals. This generous contribution was made during a visit to RSB Itanagar on January 24, 2024.

Chairman and MLA Borivali, Mumbai, Shri Sunil Rane, and the Atharva Foundation team handed over the ambulance key to Air Cmde R D Musabi (Retd), Director-cum-Secretary Rajya Sainik Board, Itanagar, in the presence of Maj. General Jarken Gamlin (Retd) AVSM, SM, VSM, along with ex-servicemen and armed forces personnel. Additionally, laptops were gifted to the daughters of martyred soldiers in a touching gesture to support the education of the next generation. Expressing gratitude for the noble initiative, Shri. Sunil Rane emphasized the importance of providing quality healthcare facilities to ex-servicemen, stating, “Our ex-servicemen have shown immense courage and dedication while serving the nation. It is our responsibility to ensure that they receive the care and support they deserve.”

This initiative is part of Atharva Foundation’s ongoing commitment to the welfare of armed forces personnel. Shri. Sunil Rane shared that the foundation has previously donated ambulances to Manipur, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Assam, and has been consistently providing laptops to the daughters of martyred soldiers across the country. The foundation’s efforts have gained widespread recognition, with Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd), acknowledging and appreciating their initiatives.
