Sandvik’s patent rights to continue in India

Sandvik made it known earlier this year that the Delhi High Court ruled in favor of Sandvik regarding patent infringement concerning its Vertical Shaft Impact crusher. Another investigation into infringement of patents for Sandvik down the hole hammers (Mission 4) found that two companies based in Hyderabad were selling copies of the Mission 4 hammers. Cease and desist notices were issued to both entities.
