Delhi-NCR home sales expected to increase 16% in Q2

New Delhi, Home sales in Delhi-NCR are estimated to grow 16 percent to over 11,700 units during the current April-June quarter due to high demand for luxury homes and new launches, according to PropEquity. Home sales in Delhi-NCR are estimated at 11,703 units in April-June 2025, up from 10,114 units in the year-ago period, according to real estate data analytic firm PropEquity. Gold prices fall: Futures prices decline by Rs 1,075

New Delhi, Gold prices fell by Rs 1,075 to Rs 96,012 per 10 grams in futures trade on Friday amid weak spot demand. Gold contracts for August delivery on the Multi Commodity Exchange fell by Rs 1,075, or 1.11 percent, to Rs 96,012 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 14,412 lots. Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues. In international markets, gold futures in New York fell 1.25 percent to $3,306.10 an ounce.
