Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd and Jaguar Land Rover Plc have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the licensing of JLR's Electrified Modular Architecture platform for the development of TPEM's 'premium pure electric' vehicles series 'Avinya'. The partnership also includes an Engineering Services Agreement to support TPEM's change content requirements for the first vehicle development. JLR is set to launch its next generation of 'pure electric' mid-sized SUVs in international markets from 2025. The EMA platform, optimized for native BEV proportions, will offer interior space, comfort, and vision, along with advanced electrical and electronic architecture, connectivity, software, and over-the-air capability.…
