Tata Motors LEAP (Learn Earn and Progress Programme) has been a success for the past decade, providing sustainable livelihoods to unskilled youths from disadvantaged sections of society. The program, run under the Public-Private-Partnership Model, has grown from two institutes in 2013 to 60 institutes by 2022, with 1500 youth trained annually. The 12-month program, which focuses on inclusivity, has trained underprivileged youth from rural, urban, and semi-urban localities, dropping out of school.
