New Delhi: Gold prices in the national capital on Tuesday rose by Rs 600 to Rs 1,00,770 per 10 grams, supported by a weak rupee and strong global trends, according to the All India Sarafa Association. The precious metal of 99.9 percent purity had closed at Rs 1,00,170 per 10 grams on Monday. Copper futures increase on spot demand

New Delhi: Copper futures on Monday rose 0.48 percent to Rs 892.35 per kg on increased spot demand. At the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for September delivery rose by Rs 4.25, or 0.48 percent, to Rs 892.35 per kg in a business turnover of 6,063 lots. Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.

New Delhi: Aluminium prices rose 30 paise to Rs 251.80 per kg in futures trade on Friday as speculators created new deals amid a positive trend in the spot market. At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the price of aluminium contract for September delivery rose 30 paise, or 0.12 percent, to Rs 251.80 per kg in a business turnover of 1,909 lots.
