A big achievement has registered by the renowned online education platform Byju’s. Byju Raveendran’s company Byju’s has become the official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2022. BYJU’S is the first Indian firm which is associated with the FIFA World Cup and also the first edtech brand to sponsor this tournament all over the world.
Now Byju’s will have the access to the FIFA World Cup logo, badge and assets. The company will be able to do the unique promotions about the tournament. Then the company will distribute them to the football fans around the world. Byju’s will offer educational content to young fans.
The FIFA World Cup 2022 tournament will be held in Qatar in November-December this year. It will begin on November 21 and the final match of the tournament will be played on December 18. In the FIFA Football World Cup, 32 countries of the world will participate.
Byju’s recently raised $800 million funding. Byju Raveendran is also part of this fund. He has also made private investment of $400 million. Thus his stake in the company has increased to 25%. The company is also going to bring its IPO in the next 9-12 months.
