Castrol India Limited has relaunched its flagship two-wheeler engine oil brand, Castrol Activ, with a superior product upgrade and refreshed packaging. The new Castrol Activ offers 3X protection against engine overheating, a crucial issue for India’s 235 million two-wheeler users.
To amplify the relaunch, Castrol has launched a nationwide campaign, #GarmiMeinBhi3xProtection, featuring Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan. The campaign’s TV commercial, set in Rajasthan, showcases Khan as a determined cop whose bike, powered by Castrol Activ, outlasts extreme heat, while another bike using ordinary oil fails.
