The Arunachal Pradesh Cabinet approved a 50 percent SGST reimbursement for the 1200 MW Kalai II Hydro Electric Project, improved pensions under the Chief Minister's Social Security Scheme (CMSSS), and broadened the scope of the Chief Minister's Bal Seva Scheme (CMBSS) in order to promote public welfare. According to a release from the CMO, the cabinet led by Chief Minister Pema Khandu also deliberated on important administrative reforms, such as reorganizing the framework for implementing rural development programs and examining the Assam-Arunachal boundary dispute.
