SEBI Chairperson Smt. Madhabi Puri Buch unveiled these groundbreaking endeavors during the silver jubilee function on January 17, 2024.
In a harmonious move towards inclusivity, ‘Apka CAS – Apki Zubaani’ now allows investors to receive statements in 23 Indian languages, providing a personalized touch to financial transactions. Complementing this, the ‘CDSL Buddy Sahayta 24*7’ chatbot, available in multiple languages, serenades investors with round-the-clock assistance.
CDSL’s commitment to financial literacy crescendoed with the successful ‘Neev’ campaign across 25 cities. The company’s symphony of progress also included the release of a Thought Leadership Report on ‘Reimagine Digital Trust in Capital Markets,’ signaling a stride towards resilient cybersecurity. Shri Nehal Vora, MD & CEO, expressed pride in these initiatives, stating, “The only language we speak is that of inclusive trust, envisioning a united CDSL where our ethos resonates with unified trust.” As CDSL celebrates 25 years, these musical initiatives underscore a commitment to transforming the financial landscape into a symphony of accessible and inclusive trust.
