CEAT Ltd., India’s leading tyre manufacturer, has been awarded the prestigious Deming Grand Prize making it the first tyre brand in the world to receive this rare distinction in 2023. CEAT, the first tyre company outside Japan to win the Deming Grand Prize in 2017, has been on the Total Quality Management (TQM) journey for over fifteen years, demonstrating its commitment to excellence and achieving the prestigious award for over three years.
Deming Grand, established in 1969, is a quality award by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) for excellence in Total Quality Management. CEAT is one of 33 global companies to win this award.
