Century Plyboards India Limited (CenturyPly) has consolidated its IT operations using enterprise management solutions from ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, helping the company reclaim nearly 30 per cent of its IT workload while significantly improving operational efficiency and cybersecurity monitoring.
The company said the deployment eliminated more than 50 daily password-related help desk calls and automated the onboarding of 70–100 employees every month. CenturyPly, which operates multiple manufacturing plants and regional offices across India, had been facing operational challenges due to fragmented IT systems and rising workforce expansion.
According to the company, engineers earlier spent hours manually creating Active Directory profiles, email accounts, and handling over 40 password reset requests daily. With ManageEngine’s integrated platform, onboarding, access permissions, and email provisioning are now automated through a single workflow.
The deployment also introduced real-time monitoring of NAS storage, enabling instant alerts for suspicious access patterns and ransomware-like activity. CenturyPly further integrated ManageEngineServiceDesk Plus and Endpoint Central, allowing engineers to access asset health, IP details, and security status instantly while reducing manual asset audits from three days to single-click reports.
Dinesh Naskar, Head of IT Infrastructure at CenturyPly, said the transformation allowed the company to focus on technologies that add business value instead of daily troubleshooting. Rajesh Ganesan, CEO of ManageEngine, said Indian enterprises are increasingly prioritising unified IT ecosystems to simplify operations and strengthen security.
