More than 400 players participated in the 6th State Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate Do Championship held at the Veterinary Indoor Stadium, Khanapara. The event was managed by the All Assam Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate Do Federation.
Under the supervision of Chief Coach Shihan Dilip Mali of the Chandmari Karate Do Academy, a 37-member team of players participated in this championship. They brought laurels to the academy by winning 19 gold, 20 silver, and 27 bronze medals in the Karate Kata and Kumite categories.
