Ingredients:
Chicken (country chicken)250Gms
Bamboo Shoot ( BaahGaaj) : 1 teaspoon
Mustard Oil : 3 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Onion paste : 3
Onion Sliced : 1
Tomato Chopped : 1
Potatoes 🥔 chopped: 1
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken Masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Green chilli🌶: 2-3
Process of Making :
1. Marinate the chicken with bamboo shoot, ginger garlic paste, pinch of all the masalas like turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder & salt to taste.
2. Keep it marinated for 2 hours
3. Later in a karahi add mustard oil let it heat and further add cumin seeds, chopped and sliced onions.
4. Cook for sometime and add chopped tomatoes.
5. Later add the marinated chicken.
6. Now add the potatoes and add the masala accordingly.
7. You can also add some more bamboo shoot now. Cook for sometime.
8. Add salt to taste & add water. Along with green chilli’s.
9. Now let it cook well cover the lid and lower the flame.
10. And it will be ready in 15 mins. Serve with rice and enjoy ….
