Coca-Cola advances its digital footprint by joining the ONDC Network

Coca-Cola India has joined the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and launched its marketplace, the ‘Coke Shop’, exclusively on the ONDC platform. This innovative platform will transform consumer interactions with Coca-Cola products and empower retailers across the country. The initial association will supported through SellerApp, which will help Coca-Cola leverage the ONDC network with its data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategies.

This new online marketplace will reshape how retailers and consumers interact with Coca-Cola products and enhance their overall shopping experience. To facilitate a seamless experience, SellerApp will streamline order management and inventory tracking, allowing sellers to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within their specific market segment.

The ‘Coke Shop’ marketplace model benefits retailers by providing another channel to sell products and multiple touchpoints for consumers to purchase from. nStore Technologies will act as a ‘Technology Catalyst’  allowing retailers to plan their digital growth strategy.
