Coke blinks first, cuts 200 ml bottle prices by Rs 5

Coca-Cola has slashed prices of some of its lowest stock-keeping units in the core state after Reliance Consumer Products Cola relaunched its 50-year-old iconic beverage brand Campa Cola in the cola market. The price cut comes at a time when demand for cold drinks increases as temperatures begin to rise.

Amid the buzz of bringing back iconic brand Campa Cola, Coca-Cola has reportedly slashed the price of a 200 ml bottle by Rs 5. The company has reduced the prices of its stock-keeping units in some states, a report said. The development comes after Reliance Consumer Products announced the relaunch of its 50-year-old iconic brand Campa Cola in three different varieties.

Earlier this week, Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd re-launched cola, lemon and orange varieties Campa Cola in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The products will also be supplied in other states in the coming months.
