Recently the officials from the NJP Police Station have arrested two individuals in connection with a theft and recovered the stolen goods from their possession. Five arrested in Arunachal for allegedly confined and raping minor girl

Police in Arunachal Pradesh have arrested five individuals in connection with the alleged confinement and rape of a 13-year-old girl in the Gandhi Market area of Daporijo. The accused have been identified as Bai Kaji, Tapong Baring, Raju Lomdak, Jepu Leya alias Jack Sorum, and Nanesh Nayam. Tripura police arrest six Bangladeshi women at MBB Airport

Tripura Police have detained six Bangladeshi nationals at Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) Airport in Agartala. The individuals, all women, were apprehended based on a tip-off received by airport authorities. Airport Police Station Officer In-Charge Abhijit Mandal reported that suspicious activity was observed around the airport premises, prompting an investigation. Upon interrogation, the detained women admitted to entering Tripura without passports, confirming their Bangladeshi nationality.
