In a significant achievement, recently the Siliguri police station has recovered three expensive Ranger bicycles stolen from different places in Siliguri. The incident led to the arrest of Mohammad Raja (30), Santosh Kumar Shah (44), Ashok Roy (30) and Mohammad Arif Hasan (54). In Meghalaya’s Nongpoh two drug peddlers arrested with heroin

Recently two drug peddlers were arrested along with heroin at Nongpoh in the Ri Bhoi district of Meghalaya in morning. Actually Sumit Naha (21) and Rahul Ghosh (25), both of Dibrugarh Assam, were apprehended by a night super bus, police said. In Siliguri one arrested with brown sugar

Recently an individual has been arrested with a significant quantity of brown sugar in Siliguri. The accused has been identified as Ranjit Chhetri, a resident of Jhankar More area. According to reports, the Special Operations Group (SOG) of Siliguri Metropolitan Police and NJP police launched a tip-off operation in an area under the NJP Police Station and apprehended Ranjit.
