Cummins India launches CPCBIV+-compliant power solutions for environmental stewardship

Cummins India has launched its CPCBIV+ emission standard-compliant genset engines. The engine was launched by Managing Director Ashwath Ram, Chief Operating Officer Anjali Pandey, Business Head Shveta Arya, and Genset Original Equipment Manufacturers (GOEMs) in front of key stakeholders.

The CPCBIV+ compliant genset engine aims to reduce emissions and promote sustainable power solutions. With this launch, Cummins and its GOEM partners are ready to offer a range of gensets up to 800 kWh, compliant with CPCBIV+ emission norms. These advanced engines feature advanced after-treatment systems and engineering expertise, improving fuel efficiency and load-taking capability. They facilitate a reliable and seamless transition from the grid to genset power, even under extreme conditions.

The engines also offer remote monitoring and advanced engine control capabilities, allowing users to monitor engine performance metrics and parameters remotely.Mr. Ashwath Ram, Managing Director, Cummins, said, “The introduction of CPCBIV+ compliant Cummins powered gensets demonstrates our commitment to providing power solutions that are ‘Cleaner Outside, Reliable Inside’, and are complemented by robust after-market service support for our valued customers.”
