Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim married for the second time, this time to a Pakistani woman. This was revealed by Haseena Parker’s(Dawood’s sister) son before the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in September 2022.
According to Haseena Parkar’s son Ali Shah, the underworld don is not yet divorced his first wife.
The investigating agency raided several places and arrested several people for allegedly being involved with Dawood Ibrahim’s terrorist network.
The organization has also filed a charge sheet in court in this incident.
India Today has accessed a copy of Ali Shah’s statement before the NIA.
Ali Shah informed NIA that Dawood Ibrahim has not yet divorced his first wife Mehzabeen Shaikh. According to Shah, Dawood’s second marriage could also be an attempt to divert the investigative agency’s attention from Mehzabeen.
Ali Shah said he met Dawood Ibrahim’s first wife in Dubai in July 2022, where she told him about Dawood’s marriage to a second woman.
He also claimed that Mehzabeen Sheikh maintained contact with Dawood’s relatives in India through WhatsApp calls.
Hasina Parker’s son Ali Shah also informed the NIA about Dawood Ibrahim’s whereabouts and claimed that the underworld don now lives in Karachi.
