Delhi court cancels Satyendra Jain’s bail

A Delhi court has rejected the bail plea of ​​Delhi minister Satyendra Jain, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case.

Special judge Gitanjali Goel rejected Jain’s relief, saying the forum was not fit to grant him bail.

After hearing the arguments of Jain and ED, the court reserved the order.

Jain was arrested by the ED in a money laundering case. He was taken into custody under the criminal provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
