Difficulties underway for earthen lamp makers

Earthen lamp makers in Dibrugarh, Assam are facing difficulties due to heavy rainfall in the state.

“There is no sunlight to dry the earthen lamps. After 2 years of covid-19 recession, we are now facing problems due to rains”, said the clay lamp maker to ANI.

However, floods in Assam have affected most parts of the state due to incessant rains.
