Eastern Railway is about to start Kolkata-NJP & Sealdah-Puri winter special trains. 03129 Kolkata – NJP Winter Special will depart Kolkata station at 11.30 pm on 25th of December and will arrive NJP at 10.10 am on the next day and 03130 NJP – Kolkata Winter Special will depart from NJP at 12:35 pm on 26th of December 26 will arrive Kolkata at 12:50 am on the next day. The stoppage of train will be at Katwa, Malda, Naihati, Barsoi, Kishanganj, Bandel Town, Barsoi, Azimganj, Jangipur Road and Aluabari Road stations in both directions enroute.
03103 Sealdah-Puri Winter Special will depart from Sealdah at 11.50 pm on 25th of December and will arrive Puri at 09.35 am on the next day and 03104 Puri-Sealdah Winter Special will depart from Puri at 3:50 pm on 26th of December will arrive Sealdah at 2 am on the next day. The stoppages of train will be at Balasore, Bhubaneswar, Kharagpur, Bhattanagar, Cuttack , Jajpur K. Road, Bhadrak, Andul, and Khurda Road stations in both directions en route, said chief public relations officer Ekalabya Chakraborty.
Both these winter special trains is designed with Sleeper Class and Air-Conditioned accommodations. Booking for both the winter special trains (03129 and 03103) will start on 16th of December through PRS and internet. In addition to Mail/Express fare, the special charge will be released. Concessional booking is not recommended. Tatkal quota is also not found on these special trains.
