Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the prime accused in a Rupees 200 crore extortion case who has been put behind bars in Delhi's Mandoli Jail, has provided Rs 10 crore to Indian Railways to help the victims of horrific train accident in Odisha's Balasore district. He has also written a letter to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw seeking his permission to accept the amount and claimed that the fund is from his "legitimate source" of earning.
