Excelsoft Technologies is set to debut on the Indian stock exchanges today, 26 November 2025, after witnessing strong investor interest during its IPO. The issue was open for bidding from 19 to 21 November, with allotments finalized on 24 November. The company’s shares will list on both the BSE and NSE and have been placed in the ‘B’ Group category. According to a BSE notice, the stock will participate in the Special Pre-open Session, and regular trading begins at 10:00 am.
Despite the robust subscription, grey market signals point to a subdued debut. Current GMP data shows a premium of just ₹7 per share, indicating limited upside over the issue price.
The IPO had a price band of ₹120 per share and raised ₹500 crore at the upper limit. This included a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares worth ₹180 crore and an OFS of 2.67 crore shares amounting to ₹320 crore. Overall, the issue was subscribed 43.19 times, with strong participation from NIIs (101.69 times), QIBs (47.55 times) and retail investors (15.62 times). Anand Rathi Advisors acted as the lead manager, while MUFG Intime India served as the registrar.
