Fire at 2 hospitals in Delhi

Two fires broke out at Safdarjung Hospital in south Delhi and Makkar Multispeciality Hospital in the eastern part of the city on Friday morning, but no casualties were reported, officials said.

Four fire tenders were rushed to Makkar Multispeciality Hospital in East Delhi’s Lakshmi Nagar after a fire broke out on the roof of the facility at 8.10 am, they said.

The fire has been brought under control.
