Tesla has strengthened its presence in India by launching its second showroom at Worldmark 3 in Delhi’s Aerocity. This new Experience Centre allows visitors to engage directly with Tesla’s electric vehicles and advanced technology. It follows the opening of Tesla’s first Indian showroom at Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex on July 15, 2025. Both showrooms are equipped with four V4 Superchargers, offering DC fast charging up to 250kW at ₹24 per kWh.
At its Mumbai debut, Tesla also introduced the Model Y in two variants: Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) and Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive (LR RWD). The RWD version, powered by a 60kWh LFP battery, delivers a claimed WLTP range of 500 km, while the LR RWD offers a 622 km range. Performance-wise, the RWD accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and the LR RWD in 5.6 seconds, both with a top speed of 201 km/h. Tesla’s Superchargers can restore up to 238 km (RWD) and 267 km (LR RWD) of range in just 15 minutes.
The Model Y is priced at ₹59.89 lakh for RWD and ₹67.89 lakh for LR RWD (ex-showroom Delhi), with an optional self-driving package costing ₹6 lakh. Deliveries start Q3–Q4 2025.
