Friday Release has opened a restaurant at Siliguri to give the people a taste of Kolkata’s favourite dishes such as Fish Tawa Masala, Chilly Chicken Tangra Style, Dahi ke Kabab and Murg Dum Biriyani. Noteworthy, Friday Release is a Bollywood themed restaurant with an euphoric ambience. Along with North Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes, Friday Release also specializes in Indian street food with a twist.
The Friday Release restaurant is located at Hotel Vinayak Building, Hill Cart Road (Sevoke More) Siliguri. The restaurant is inaugurated on 11 December. It will be remain open from 12 noon to 11 pm every day. People can enjoy this exquisite menu starting at Rs.1000, plus GST for two.
“The main idea of introducing this fusion cuisine menu with a splash of movie ambience is that we wanted to fun, colour excitement to the food consumption process. We have wide variety of veg and non-veg dishes on the menu to choose from and we hope people enjoy these delicious dishes”, said Supratik Ghosh, Managing Head of Friday Release.
