Goa: Class 10 Exam To Be Conducted From May 21 To June 6.

Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education on May 20, 2020, confirmed that it will be conducting the Goa SSC Board Exams 2020 from May 21 to June 6. The complete schedule or date sheet of the SSC 2020 examination is released on the Board’s official website gbshse.gov.in. The candidates who are to appear in the exam can check their schedule there.

The Higher Secondary Exams or the 12th standard exams were carried out yesterday on various centres across the state successfully. The exam was of Marathi language. The students of SSC are also expecting similar arrangements for their exam as well.  

The Board released a statement amid all the chaos that was taking place regarding the dates of conducting the exam. The notice read- ‘The examination will commence at 9.00 a.m. in all categories (General/CWSN/Pre-Vocational/NSQF category). All the candidates are advised to be present at their respective Centre of Examination 30 minutes prior to the commencement of Examination. Late arrival beyond 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination in each subject shall disqualify the candidate from appearing for that examination. 10 minutes extra to be allotted for writing paper as one-time relaxation in time.’

The candidates must also note that they are not allowed to carry any electronic gadgets to the exam centres. They are also required to follow all instructions that are present on the admit card and main answer books. The SSC Examination would be held at 29 centres in the state. As many as 19,680 candidates are appearing for the examination.
