The Google for India 2023 event which took place in New Delhi’s Pragati Maidan was attended by senior executives of Google where they discussed about various initiatives and programs in front of selected people from the media.
During the event, Saikat Mitra, vice president and head of trust and safety, at APAC, made the big announcement about the launch of Digi Kavach.
It is a new program which is designed to keep users safe online and to protect them from scams. The project is being launched in Bharat as a pilot project, and after sometime the program will also be implemented in other countries.
