The MSDE, Department of Higher Education (DoHE), Department of Higher Education (DoHE) and Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSEL), and Capacity Building Commission (CBC) have launched the Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP) and the ‘Know Your Ministry Induction Module’ of MSDE to enable government officials to become future-ready and efficient public service delivery. These initiatives aim to build future-ready civil services with Mission Karmayogi, aligning with New India’s vision.
The government has constituted the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) to drive standardization and harmonization across the Indian civil services landscape. CBC aims to create India’s own Civil Service Competency Framework, prioritizing development aspirations and creating accountability and transparency in daily working. The release of the Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP) will help in rolling out various capacity building interventions for the officers in the ecosystem in a regularized and a planned manner.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister for Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship said, with the launch of the capacity building plan and Know Your Ministry Induction Module of MSDE, we are taking forward the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi of building future ready civil services with Mission Karmayogi which aims to build right attitude, skills and knowledge in our workforce aligned with the vision of New India.
