India’s fastest-growing and most engaged short-video app Josh in association with Red FM recently celebrated the love of Indians/Bengalis for this simple street food Phuchka with a 10-day Phuchkakhor challenge campaign to find the Biggest Phuchka Lover of Bengal.
The grand finale was hosted at the Lake Club, Kolkata on 5th April.
The on-ground activity took place at five different locations across three cities of Asansol, Durgapur, and Kolkata. Josh mobile stalls at these locations were set up to encourage people to download and sign in to the Josh app to participate in the challenge and post videos of the same. There were many tollywood celebrities in the event. From Keshtopur, Dum-Dum Pallabi Mondal was awarded 1,00,000 cash and a goodie bag, and from Howrah Swarup Sadhukhan was awarded 60,000 cash and a goodie bag and Kasba Sreejeeta Sarkar Saha was awarded 40,000 cash and goodie bag.
The Josh Bengal Team said, “We wanted to bring a bit more excitement into something which is so local and regular but loved by all.”
