Bharat Biotech boosts up vaccine supply by February in India

Bharat Biotech has aimed to supply 8cr Covaxin doses by February to boost vaccine supply as the government has started the vaccination drive for teenagers. Covaxin is the only option available for the segment. The company will be supplying 7-8 crore vaccines every month, starting February, up from the current 5-6 crore doses. They said it continues to invest, upgrade and expand its facilities. Covishield Covid vaccine has been applied for complete approval by Serum Institute of India

DCGI gives nod to Sun Pharma to market molnupiravir for COVID-19 treatment

31 out of 54 Omicron patients discharged in Maharashtra

31 patients out of 54 who were infected with the new coronavirus variant Omicron in Maharashtra till now have been discharged from hospitals on Monday.
