Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages renews the MoU with the Govt. of Telangana

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has announced the renewal of its MoU with the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Telangana, to upskill an additional 10,000 college students by 2023-24.

Earlier, HCCB and the Govt of Telangana, together trained a total of 10196 students in the state to date in the first year of their partnership in 2022.  HCCB and Telangana announced extension of initiative in presence of Mr. Ch Malla Reddy, Minister for Labour, Employment, Factories, Skill Development.

The “Campus to Corporate” program aims to upskill college students and prepare them for the industry. TASK manages training batches, locations, and scheduling, while HCCB develops content and trainers. Both programs aim to expand expert trainers and prepare students for the job market. HCCB and Telangana collaborate with manpower resourcing companies to strengthen curriculums, improve placement rates, and promote financial and digital literacy programs. Mr. Ch Malla Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Labour and Employment, Factories, Skill Development, Govt of Telangana, said, “Strategic partners such as HCCB help us remain steadfast in our vision of “Innovation, Infrastructure, and Inclusive Growth” for Telangana.”
